Joining the Centralia Downtown Association definitely has its benefits! Since we are working at becoming a Main Street designated community, our focus IS and will ALWAYS be the revitalization of our historic downtown (map). As a member, whether you are a merchant, property owner or resident; the main benefit is knowing that you are part of a group of dynamic people that love our downtown and understand that the only way it will continue being a great place is through a strong ethic of historic preservation and a sense of community ownership.

- Everyone that joins gets a link from their member directory listing to their own existing website.
- Members have the unique opportunity to participate in the selection of the association leadership through voting for CDA Board Members at our Annual Dinner/Meeting.
- Building owners get customized one-on-one consultation on façade grant applications, tax credit and abatement program applications and design support and guidance during restoration projects. Our staff has experience working with the city on historic preservation projects and can help make your project go smoothly.
